Are you passionate about the quality approach and risk management in health? The Lozère Hospital and the Lozère Territorial Hospital Group (GHT) are recruiting a Quality Manager to manage and coordinate the quality and safety policy of care, at the level of the establishment and the territory.
1. Quality Manager at the Lozère Hospital
Purpose of the position
Define, steer and coordinate the institution's quality and risk management policy, in conjunction with national standards (HAS, certification), internal bodies and regulatory requirements, in order to continuously improve the quality and safety of care.
Coordination of the quality approach
- Develop and monitor the Quality and Safety of Care Improvement Plan (PAQSS)
- Organize HAS certification procedures, external ESSMS evaluations and Qualiopi evaluations
- Ensure the monitoring and implementation of labels
- Deploy the quality approach in the departments (audits, EPP, indicators, dashboards)
- Participate in the drafting of the school project and follow the action sheets by division
- Ensure the collection of Quality and Safety of Care Indicators (IQSS)
- Guarantee document management and formalization of procedures
- Participate in local quality commissions (CLUD, CLIN, CDU, CLAN, CVS)
- Administer the document management software common to the institution
- Organize and lead communication actions (quality café, patient safety week)
Risk Management
- Implement a priori risk mapping
- Oversee the management of adverse events after the event
- Lead cause analysis meetings (CREX, RMM, REMED, risk management unit)
- Coordinating actions to prevent health risks
- Collaborate with the Medical Coordinator on Care Risk Management
- Participate in cluster meetings to follow up on the actions of the referring cluster(s)
Supervision, animation and pedagogy
- Train and support teams in quality and risk management approaches
- Leading educational sequences at IFMS
2. Quality Manager at the GHT Lozère
Purpose of the position
Coordinate the quality and risk management policy at the level of the GHT, by harmonizing practices between institutions and ensuring the territorial coherence of quality approaches.
Main missions
- Definition and management of the territorial quality strategy
- Harmonization of quality procedures and tools between institutions
- Coordination of multi-site certification procedures
- Coordination of internal and external evaluation procedures for nursing homes
- Coordination of the GHT's quality network (referents or quality managers)
- Monitoring of quality indicators and cross-cutting action plans
- Methodological support to GHT establishments
- Organisation of meetings of the coordination unit (calendar, agenda, invitations, centralisation of documents, group work, general information)
- Contribution to the design of the territory's quality and risk management policy and monitoring of the PMSP
- Definition and implementation of a communication plan
- Coordination of the management of adverse events at the level of the GHT (implementation and monitoring of CREX, inter-institution RMM)
- Management of the shared document, management software and support for its deployment in the region's establishments
- Proposal for the development of business applications via the shared document management software
- Regulatory and normative monitoring in the field of quality and risk management
